The objective of this survey is to examine and assess any potential damage that may occur either prior to or following the start of the charter. In conjunction with the pre- and post-charter Remaining On Board (ROB) surveys, our surveyor will conduct a visual inspection of various aspects, including accommodations, hull, hatch covers, safety equipment, and cargo holds.
It is crucial to determine the precise quantity of Remaining On Board (R.O.B.) at both the commencement and conclusion of the charter. Upon the client's request, a 221B survey will be conducted aboard the vessel to confirm the R.O.B. Subsequently, a certificate will be provided to the vessel, and our client will receive a comprehensive report.
All of our independent surveyors strictly adhere to our SOP and local regulation. Our surveyors will meticulously inspect the tanks of both the vessel and the bunker tanker before and after delivery to confirm the accurate quantity received or supplied. Additionally, representative samples will be extracted from the designated sampling point and either stored or analyzed by the designated laboratory.
Our surveyors are available around the clock and can be quickly assigned to handle bunker disputes. In case of any dispute,Our company legal department will conduct a comprehensive inspection on both the vessel and the bunker tanker to detect any irregularities on board. Our clients will receive immediate notification of the impartial findings from the on-site investigation.
